I sold my car to some people they never put it in their name and then got pulled over in the car got impounded at wixom towing I was in Albuquerque New Mexico during the time and all I had to do was send them paperwork with my driver's license and permission for my dad to pick the car up had no issues picking the car up and they even gave my dad a jump-start to get the car running for free they are very professional and they even took $30 off the bill because their hours has been shortened during this covid-19 virus. I have used them for towing in the past quick response time and very professional about towing vehicles

I didn't have jumper cables in my car so we called wixom tow. He gets there and has trouble getting his cables to work on his vehicle. I told him my friend wouldn't let me use speaker wire to jump the car with my car. He says it doesn't work (yes it does, I've done it before). Then I had to show him where the negative post was on a battery that was right under his nose. I watched the positive cable slip down the post onto a non conductive area. I made a suggestion on why the car wouldn't regain power and said, "you might want to try to wiggle the positive,..." which might have been bad wording to start it off, but then he cut me off to say, "I know how to do my job." I just had to show you where a negative post was on a battery, sir lol. I was like, "😋Okay, I'll let you do your job." While he runs around for 15 seconds and can't figure out why the car has no power. Give it a wiggle. Boom, power. Tonight made me so happy. 11/10 would call again to watch this guy figure out jumper cables.

I called Wixom Towing to haul our brokedown Kenworth straight truck.
Shannon on the phone was very professional and to the point.
They were to my truck within 50 minutes.
They had to tow the straight truck from Sterling Heights to Wixom to unload 18000# of Aluminum before they could take the truck to the repair shop.This was all accomplished in a little over 3 hours.GREAT JOB!!!

I had a good experience with them picking up my Jeep that suddenly quit and left me stalled on I-96 SB at the 154 mile marker and taking it to Chapman repairs . I went to them the next day. Were standoffis at first until I pulled out my credit card and it went through. Charged me 85 for 8 miles but they have to run a towing business so it's not going to be cheap.

Quick, professional, and fair price! Unfortunately needed to use their towing service for my class A motorhome. They arrived within 30 minutes of calling and had me off the side of the road shortly after. If I ever need towing services in that area again, they will be the first I call!

Was already very close to Wixom towing but they quickly dispatched a truck to tow my vehicle. Showed up within 15 minutes of me calling them. Distance to my home was 9 miles, from first calling to drop and pay I'd say an hour at the most. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Got my RWD camaro stuck in the snow/ice in a remote area (like an idiot). They showed up in about 20 mins and towed back to a parking lot near the main road. Price was very fair. The driver (Mark) was very professional and friendly. A+
